Our Tax Planning Philosophy

When it comes to taxes, our tax philosophy is aligned with that of Judge Learned Hand, who wrote in a 1934 tax court decision:
“Anyone may so arrange his affairs that his taxes shall be as low as possible; he is not bound to choose that pattern which will best pay the Treasury; there is not even a patriotic duty to increase one’s taxes.”

Each small business client receives a 4-part Client Care Plan:

A State of the Union Address to identify where you are, where you are headed, and what to do about it
Proactive monitoring of your accounting records
Tax planning meetings to ensure you won’t be overpaying once the spring rolls around.
Completed business taxes in January and your individual taxes in February.
